I love staying at The Wallaby! All the staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, with lots of thoughtful unexpected extras. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The location is very convenient with everything I needed close by, and the on-site bistro with delicious food options and fine wines is a real bonus! 10 out of 10 to The Wallaby!

Love the location, kids play area and the deck. Our food (parmy’s) was dry like it had been sitting under the lamps for awhile, not necessarily a dealbreaker. The mice running rampant on the deck however were a big turn off. I get that outdoor areas attract vermin but it should be properly managed especially when food is involved. Staff were friendly can’t fault that.

The Wallaby overall is a really fun place to have a drink or two. However for meals it is a bit hit and miss. A few weeks ago had a burger and chips … it was great. Today I took my family for lunch and it was terrible. Burger buns were not fresh and everyone’s chips were from the bottom of the barrel…overcooked and dry. Will always come for a drink but the food is not worth it.

First time to stay here - really impressed by the friendly and cosy pub and excellent food. I had the esquites, I prefer vegetarian food and they were delicious. Room was spotless, bed was comfy - best night's sleep in a hotel for ages, and quiet even though it's so close to the M1. Mudgeeraba is a destination for us now!
