We experienced Road working that would keep us awake every night. Hot water service that ran out.We asked change rooms and were told we would need to pay for an upgrade. Amazing resort! Staying with 4 kids, and honestly cannot rate it high enough. Room are perfect, facilities are spot on, but hands down The Deck restaurant is the shinning star. Staff are amazing- welcoming, fun and knowledgeable, and food is AMAZING! Every meal has been spot on and delicious. Recommend staying here to anyone

We had a lovely week at Turtle Beach. Reading some of the reviews (after I booked) I was a little bit nervous but I shouldn't have been. It is conveniently located on the Gold Coast Highway and not too long a drive to all the theme parks / attractions.
