I stayed for 2 nights and had an excellent customer service at the star grand hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful friendly. Their warm service really made my stay enjoyable. I will definitely be back. Thank you for making my trip perfect!

Stayed here for a conference and it was perfectly fine. I think for $300 a night you would expect a certain level of service and it was mostly met - reception brilliant. Concierge and housekeeping ok. Overall the place is rather tired so it fits the conference vibe. Walking to GC exhibition is great.

We had an extended stay at the Star Gold Coast. Loved every minute of it. The room was spacious and clean with a magnificent view of the sea and Gold Coast. The complex oozed luxury.
