We found it a comfortable spot for our family. We had two rooms near each other with two double beds in each. A little noisy as not double glazed but nice clean room. Little tired but super clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing!

I stayed at Sofitel Gold Coast for 3 days and 2 nights while preparing for and recovering from the Gold Coast Marathon, and overall, I was extremely satisfied. We had a lovely 2 night stay at the hotel. The rooms are dated but the staff are all wonderful and room attendants were very good. Welcome plate and bottle of wine left in room which was nice and a lovely late check out on our final day. All of the staff - especially the bellman gents were just wonderful. Thomas as the restaurant and all bellman were wonderful - 10/10!

Sofitel Broadbeach is in a great spot but is a little tired, particularly when compared to other Sofitel locations. Probably reflected in the very good value price. The river view room was very noisy, not sure the windows are double glazed. Otherwise the room was a good size, clean and tidy and well appointed. Staff all very helpful and friendly
