Service is rude. Not very accommodating. Id rank it a 3-4 star hotel on service not the 5 it has. Facilities are not active or not working water machine level 2 doesnt have sparkling water. Phone in room to call reception doesnt work. Powerpoints dont work in several locations in the room I was in. Buffet breakfast is very limited on variety id probably say this hotel would be lucky to rank 3 star...

What a wonderful family holiday! We had a beautiful clean bright room with an amazing view of the ocean. Check in was a breeze and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is of high quality and caters well for gluten intolerance people. Could not fault anything. Perfect 👌 We will surely be back to stay.
