Mermaid Waters Hotel by Nightcap Plus (with kids)

Spacious clean and tidy room. For the price you pay its worth the stay. Service and breakfast here are also decent. The location is pretty central. Not walking distance but the beach and pacific fair is not too far away with car or bike. Overall a good place to stay if you are stoping by the gold coast for a quick visit

We have stayed here MANY times over the past 10+ years and always love coming back. Some recent visits were made extra memorable by such great service from staff member Jesse. He helped us with a last minute late night booking (after being stuffed over by another hotel!) which was much appreciated and upon visiting again was just as helpful and remembered us. Excellent value for money. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Great deal if you book direct with a welcome drink and breakfast included. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was great, the front desk, restuarant and house keeping staff were great and very helpfull, nothing seamed to be to much of a problem for them. Tom at receptoion fixed the problem with our room (FaultyTV) and Rosie in the restaurant made us feel welcomed and the buffet breakfast perfect it had everything i loved and more than i could eat

We stayed here for a quick overnight visit from Brisbane. Took the Queensland Rail Varsity Lakes train to Helensvale, then The G to Broadbeach, then local bus to the hotel. The hotel is not close to the beach, but with bus or car this would not be too much of a problem. Scored the rooms a solid 4 stars, our room was a little dated, but clean and everything worked.
