Mercure Gold Coast Resort (solo trip)

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. It is set in beautiful, quiet surroundings with a lovely golf course that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The resort has a genuine family feeling, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. A great experience here. The rooms were basic, but sufficient for the price payed and were cleaned daily. Guests also get access to a buffet style breakfast, pools and fitness gym which I thought was a great addition. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Really lovely stay, wasn't expecting a great deal but it was all excellent. The food at The Green was awesome, we ended up eating there both nights and had breakfast there as well. Rooms were older but have been well maintained and updated in places. The pool area was lovely with bean bags, loungers, chairs and tables. Staff were lovely. We were so impressed.

Great well priced resort. Clean and super comfortable beds but a little tired- but not so much that I wouldn’t stay here again! We liked it enough - weren’t there much only to sleep so the comfy beds are the biggest drawcard!
