I own a travel agency and booked this property for a family holiday and I would not recommend any of my customers to stay here in the future - there so many better options owned by mantra and other establishments in Surfers which are much better value for money. We love staying here due to its close proximity to the Surfers Paradise hub. Tram is right outside the main entrance and the facilities are great. Lovely vibe place to stay. Most of the rooms ate tidy but could be updayed a little. Has everything you need though. Buffet breakfast is great too. There is a new construction right next door at the moment.

If the room had have had a microwave in it, it would have had everything we needed. The pools, spas etc are amazing! Lots of spots fo sit on your own, and spaces for groups like the bbq area. Not crowded like I thought the facilities might have been. Perfect place to keep kids amused too, you could live by the pool and slide area, with your feet in the sand if you wanted too.
