Elite Gold Coast (couple trip)

Really disappointed with my stay here. It’s way overpriced for what you get. I ended up moving to Meriton Suites Broadbeach for less money and got a room about five times bigger with much better facilities — wish I’d booked there from the start. We stayed here as we could find a room closer to venue we had to attend. I am sure that you were staying here for a sporting event it would be great. We had room 226, 1. The carpet was dirty and stained. 2. The bed was uncomfortable. 3. No language stand provided. 4. The bathroom was adequate for a two night stay. BUT (a) the shower was ok, but the water didn't stay inside the shower area. Heaps...

The bed was too small & hard, the shower was unsafe as the curtain never stopped the water going everywhere despite all due care when using. The restaurant was awful!! Overpriced & worst gelato ever had-more ice than flavour as some flowers were put in there too:it was tasteless. The garlic bread was cold & tasted burnt also. The staff were very nice. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Super convenient hotel for sports events. Easy check-in, comfortable rooms and lots of parking. Post-stay the hotel was kind enough to post a much-loved stuffed toy to our home address. Thank you so much!
