Dorsett Gold Coast (couple trip)

Absolutely loved our stay at the Dorsett Gold Coast! The hotel was modern, stylish, and perfectly located with amazing views. What truly made our experience exceptional was Brooke at front reception — warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Will definitely be back!

I was not very happy because there was no bottled water in the hotel today. But her kindness made my tired body and mind feel refreshed. I checked into the hotel in the early hours of the morning. The motel is hard to find so keep that in mind. Great service upon check-in with the exception that everyone got bottled water except us. Rooms great apart from layer of dust on some of the furniture and no water in fridge. Staff didn't inform us that we should pay the $20 car park fee upon check out so got to car and had to go back, it set us back about half an hour. Great price for a balcony roo...

I had a pleasant stay at Level 14, river’s view. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Pacific Fair Mall, with the tram conveniently located right around the corner for easy access to the rest of the city. I highly recommend to stay here. Just a side note, the pool is not heated, so embrace the cold water ☺️

We were very happy with our stay, room was beautiful warm and comfortable, the bottom of the shower had a bit of mould and the fridge was not cold even after we adjusted the temperature. The girl who clean our room was lovely and receptionists were more than happy to help us and made us feel welcome. Jin Cafe had lovely food and coffee but did not accept cash that was disappointing.
