Avani Broadbeach Residences (couple trip)

Good location for conference or casino. Unfortunately they began the pool deck maintenance program just as we checked in. Room and service were good with a pub and restaurant downstairs if you want.

Located in Broadbeach this accommodation is easy to get to and central to loads of restaurants, convention centre, Pacific fair shopping centre, tram and bus services. I will never stay at this hotel again. I arrived late at night after arriving at Coolangata Airport. Really beautiful hotel with spacious rooms with great in room facilities. Paid Parking onsite and within walking distance to Pacific fair and the beach. 24hr check in and simple process to check in and out.

First room i was given had a bad smell and the aircon wasn’t working properly. The second room i was given had an old and dirty washing machine that made everything i washed dirty, and I wasn’t able to get a similar room that had everything I wanted. Lifts were smelly.
