How Baby-Friendly is People First Stadium?

71%Baby-Friendly
View Map

What makes it 71% Baby-Friendly: Babies are admitted; prams can be cloaked, change tables and a microwave are on site, yet few quiet zones and high crowd noise mean carers need ear muffs and careful planning for feeds and naps.

Reviews4.3/ 5
(from 3,353 reviews)

Positives:

  • Pram and stroller access: Bring a pram or stroller; cloak service available free at Gates A, B and D if it won’t fit under your seat.
  • Baby-care facilities: Find baby-change tables in all restrooms and a free microwave for bottles at the Event Office.

Challenges:

  • Loud, crowded events: Matches can get noisy; bring infant ear protection or choose quieter midweek fixtures.
  • No dedicated nursing room: No specific nursing-only space; use the Adult Change Room or ask staff for a quiet corner.

Watched India vs Australia T20 match. Amazing experience. Great atmosphere. Thrilling match. The stadium was a sea of blue with Indian fans, me being one was great. Enjoyed the event very much. Facilities and organisation was also very good. Staff amazing in managing crowd and ensuring everything running smoothly. 😊👌👏👍🥳

People First Stadium is an absolute gem! I've heard rave reviews about its impressive design and seating, with excellent sightlines from every angle. It's a fantastic venue that offers an unforgettable experience, whether you're catching an AFL game or enjoying a concert. The stadium is family-friendly, with ample space for kids to kick a footy behind the stadium, free face painting, and rides fo...

We completely understand that the weather is out of anyone’s control — but what made this so frustrating was the total lack of foresight and communication. There had been severe weather warnings for over 24 hours, yet the organisers at People First Stadium still insisted on going ahead with Nitro Circus as scheduled. Instead of making the sensible call to postpone or cancel, they made thousands o...

The best stadium for families. Bring your kids along to the game. They have ample space available to kick the footy behind the stadium, free face painting and rides for the little ones. You can bring your own food too, as long as its in clear plastic bags. The best stadium I've ever been too. Great day out.

THEY HAVE ONLY ONE BIG SCREEN TO WATCH THE GAME, AND SCORE. This completely confused us, as too why they qouldnt have more screens? Everyone had too turn backwards, on the goal side to see the score and watch t...
