The Sebel Canberra Campbell (couple trip)

Very happy with the facilities and the cleanliness. Bathroom was lovely and modern. The staff were very helpful and polite during our stay.

We stubbed our toes numerous times on the raised metal lip at the entrance of the bathroom. This should be padded or lowered or rounded. I cut my big toe on it, drawing blood. Would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner/brush & pan in the apartment. Otherwise, beds are comfortable and the stay was very pleasant.

We had to pleasure to stay with our dog for 2 nights while visiting Canberra for a short trip! The Sebel is located in a quiet residential area, with cafes and eateries within walking distance, and a nice park for a walk. Definitely recommended. The staff is professional and efficient. The only gripes are that the WiFi seems to kick you off twice a day at around the same time and the card sensor is on the left wall when trying to use underground parking. Short stay, room was better equipped than expected. Very friendly staff, and reasonably clean rooms. Biggest disappointments were the price matching (lots of conditions which weren't obvious until after I'd booked, could have saved myself $30 booking through a third party), and parking. I was lucky enough to get on street parking, but if I hadn't, the additional cost is pretty steep.
