Very comfortable, great location, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We visited with a very young baby and they worked hard to make the stay as easy for us as possible. I could tell that they took pride in their hospitality!

For anyone with any sensibility about scent/fragrance at all, this is definitely NOT the hotel for you. A foul, synthetic fragrance - somewhat like a cheap and nasty aerosol toilet spray - is pumped into ALL common areas through the ventilation system. Great central location with an old money class feel. Great happy hour from 5-7 with half price beers and cheap cocktails. The restaurant food is quite basic but hearty and quick to the table, also very well priced for the area.

The Building maybe 40-50 years old, hence now require regular maintenance and upgrade. The bathroom water system continuously broke and plumbers had to be called middle of night and again two days later. Rooms were not as hygienically clean as we have seen in other 5 star hotels.
