Rooms are very heavily fragranced with an awful sickly sweet smell, it's overbearing. 3 days after leaving the smell is still all over my things. Location is great and the rooms are large. Staff were friendly but it's not worth it with the fragrance.

Had to spend a couple of nights here and it was great. The two people we saw on reception were really helpful. Gave tips on the local area and were able to sort us out with a high chair and crib really quickly. Rooms were fine, decent bathroom, TV was huge and new. Nice coffee which was a treat. Easy parking. All told a great place to crash for a couple of days.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Apartments in Canberra! The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It truly felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!
