Rooms are starting to look tired. I had room 239, which is an accessible room, so has a very large accessible bathroom. The bathroom was showing signs of mould in the grout and the long floor drains had not been cleaned properly, so lots of hair could be seen in the grate. The rooms were really well designed, but the light switches were a little difficult to figure out which switch controlled which light. The food is great for breakfast, although the service was a little slow due to low staffing. The cinema downstairs was fun and easy to access, and gave the whole hotel a popcorn scent in the evening.
