Absolutely fantastic hotel. Excellent disability accessibility. I had a very minor issue with my room and Martin went above and beyond to fix it in less than five minutes, meaning myself and my guide dog could have a lovely stay. The suite is exceptional! It has everything you need: cooking stove, fridge, utensils, washer, dryer, coffee machine, etc. The location is convenient, just 5m walk to Canberra Centre, and locates near bus stops. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, worth every cents of money.
