A very disappointing stay.. the air conditioning was so noisy you had to decide whether to be warm and wake with a headache or be cold. My bed was never made properly. The mattress protector was all bunched up at the end of the bed and the sheets were not tucked in. One day it wasn’t made at all. There was no body wash in the shower. This was not remedied until day 3 when I left a note. Breakfast ...

Enjoyed our stay again in a fantastic location. Apart from the facilities needing some love and care, we enjoyed the spacious room, comfy King Size bed and lovely breakfast. Very good value for this location. Would return.

One of my kids could not eat….I then chose to purchase a bottle of wine from the “bottleshop” …. No prices, no help and fo...

We found the king bed, while comfortable, had a noticeable dip in the middle (due to the mattress being on two bed bases put together). Check in experience wasn't awesome with the reception area being over-perfumed by some air freshener. Friendly staff. Clean bedding and towels. Gr...

PROS Lovely, friendly & competent staff. Great meals in the Bistro. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms which make for a great nights sleep. Great value for money. CONS Being an old historic building it really does need major renovations, so you will notice lots of little things that catch your eye that clearly need attention.
