Excellent location with High walk ability to many restaurants and venues. We had a lovely quiet large room on level two and did not notice any noise. The breakfast in the morning was much better than I expected and absolutely great value for the price. The staff were friendly,kind and helpful. The most polite, friendly, helpful Reception, we had three different reception staff, and what a wonderful experience, all were fantastic, special mention to Chloe, keep up the amazing work ladies, it makes such a difference to have such great ladies behind reception. Great central location, you can walk into Canberra CBD or catch tram. Rooms were clean and a good size. Not having to worry about breakfast of a morning is awesome my son had the pancakes every day for our week stay. Only downside TVs kept getting bad reception and small tight parking with high restriction of 2.1m . Staff were amazing helped with warm jug of water after checking out to get the ice...

The room was clean and tidy and the view was amazing. Our receptionist Ella was incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us a tour of the room before we booked. She gave us extra blankets and helpful information about our surrounds. Her service was brilliant.

Spent a couple of nights there & certainly no complaints, the room was spacious even with 2 beds, shower room great, complementary tea, coffee & chocolate, clean & tidy. Continental breakfast good & unlimited. Staff friendly & helpful, had a problem with TV reception that was no problem, they fixed it promptly, thank you. Certainly worth a stay. Thanks from a Yorkshire lass.
