Disgraceful how a room like this could be rented out to customers. The room was filthy. The floor had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. this is a completely honest review, and i think that staying here for upwards of three days for the price and availability for they offer is one of the best price options canberra offers. Stayed for 3 nights. Room with 3 single beds was quite small, but for 2 people just needing a place to sleep & shower, it was perfect. Room was clean & fresh. Bar fridge, kettle for the basic needs. Reception was polite & fulfilled our needs when asked. I would stay again when returning to Canberra next.

The room itself was quite small and felt uncomfortable, and unfortunately, there was no room service during our stay. The man on the desk was able to find me another room as my allocated room's heating wasn't working. I had unpacked and changed, and my stuff was everywhere. He helped me repack and carried everything to my new room. Bed and pillows were very comfy.
