Canberra Parklands Central Apartment Hotel Official (couple trip)

We had 4 apartments of different sizes/styles for staff for a trade show at EPIC. Apartments had been renovated, although still older style as such. Very comfortable, good location for work and close (walking) to Dickson restaurants. Easy parking. Helpful. friendly staff.

Apartment was adequate and generally clean but could have benefitted from a deep clean. We found various items of clothing from a previous guest in the drawers. An upgrade to beds and couch was also needed as one bed base was broken and mattresses were uncomfortable although fine for the kids. The apartment did look recently painted and was quiet. We stayed here several years ago and it was very good. Our stay this time was not so good as things were a noticeably worn, especially the two seater lounge which was most uncomfortable and needs replacing. The KS bed was warm and cosy and the bathroom was roomy. Safe parking for the car was appreciated.

Our studio apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was everything we needed. The ambience of the place was really nice. Good underground secure parking. Disappointed that the pool was too cold for a swim. Very conveniently located. Staff welcoming on arrival.

Located at 6 Hawdon Place, Dickson, ACT, Australia 🇦🇺 This is my second time staying here and it hasn’t disappointed me. I am in a two 2️⃣ bedroom unit. It’s very spacious and has its own washing machine which is always a BIG plus with me. Would have loved a dryer to go with that though.
