It's a nice hotel! I had a great stay with no complaints. Some friends of mine in other rooms had a less enjoyable experience due to the noise the pipes made but I guess it's room dependent as I couldn't hear anything. Would definitely come back.

I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. I can’t think of anything they could do differently - aside from update the bathroom, perhaps. Loved the aesthetic, the comfy beds, the service and the cleverness of being able to decline room cleaning for a day and earn a $10 mini bar credit. A very quaint heritage hotel not far from parliament house etc Stayed twice now for a conference in the nearby Realm Hotel. Some rooms have been renovated and updated. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly management who are quick to attend to any issues.

I had a great stay at this solid 4 star hotel. It was clean and well equipped, with a great gym, spa and pool. The staff were very professional and take good care of guests and one the very few early 20th century hotels in the region. My only gripe was I had to tend to a few things on arrival which was a little annoying (e.g. there was no cutlery in the room, the coffee machine didn't work properl...
