Adina Serviced Apartments Canberra Kingston (solo trip)

The actual hotel apartment is great. Large lovely units with smart TV, air conditioner, kitchen, etc. I like it here and recommend it to you. The only problem is its not very clean. I mean the Towels or sheets are clean but the general cleaning has problem. I need to bring antibacterial wipes and clean the remotes, tables, wall switches, kitchen equipment,chairs and this time even the toilet wasn'...

We booked a 2br king and 2 singles. Very outdated rooms and kitchen. Old carpet. King is just 2 singles pushed together. Washing dryer is old and doesn’t work properly. Not 4 star hotel worthy. Location isn’t bad, have to drive to all places. 4 star deserves a coffee machine and little extras. Indoor pool is a plus.

Comfortable, clean, well appointed 2br apartment overlooking lovely courtyard garden. Let down by the footfall, plumbing and general noise from the units above, which was quite load and disturbing at times. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper.

Room was very spacious, booked a queen one bedder but got a two bedroom apartment. Great location, walking distance to nice pubs/restaurants. Only negatives were the room had a strong odour of curry that lingered for the the 2 night stay and I got charged $10 per night extra at check in for parking because I didn't make the booking directly through them (booked via trivago).

Great location, but rooms are desperate for a refresh. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, just needs a few things fixed like the shower head and kitchen cupboard doors. Dryer could also use an upgrade as the bathroom was covered in lint. There was a family with young kids above us for a couple of nights and we heard all their movements. Location is the biggest draw card.
