Kids 10–12 may enter escape rooms only if an adult joins, some puzzles are tough and rooms dark, yet Splash Lab accepts all ages and is messy fun, so families get value but must supervise closely.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Enough time for one escape room session and a 1-hour splash lab without rush.
Escape Room “The Dungeon”:
Solve a series of medium-difficulty puzzles in a family-friendly medieval cell.
Tip: Book a 3-player slot with 2 adults and your older child; ask staff for extra hints if kids stall.
Escape Room “The Hideaway”:
Dive into a story-driven puzzle room with visual and hands-on challenges.
Tip: Request a slight time extension at tricky spots to keep younger players engaged.
Splash Lab Splatter-Paint:
Create a 40×50 cm splatter canvas in a guided 60-minute session.
Tip: Wear the provided poncho and goggles; let kids pick three bright colors each.
Book at least one week ahead during school holidays. Indoor rooms stay warm in winter and cool in summer.

So much fun! We played the Dungeon room with 2 adults and an 11yo and it was fantastic for all of us. The puzzles made you think but weren't impossible (especially with a helpful hint once or twice) and we came so close to making it out before the timer. The rooms were immaculately kept and set up, our host awesome and I'm already planning another visit. Two thumbs up from these first-timers.

Riddle Room were very accommodating of our large group size, communicated well and prepped us for the room very professionally. The room itself was heaps of fun with a great storyline, challenging puzzles and excellent artwork! We'll definitely be back

Six of us aged from 7 to 87 did the Dungeon. What an amazing test of solving riddles. We went a bit over our time limit but there was no pressure to end. The rooms are very neat and tidy, the staff are great and the riddles are amazing. Thoroughly recommend this when you are wondering how to entertain the grand kids.

We did The Dungeon, with people who wanted 0 scare factor. It was a very interesting and great activity to improve linear thinking and communication!! It's a good room for beginnings and experts in escape rooms! I really enjoyed it, both the puzzles inside the room and in the waiting room! Definitely would come back to try out the other rooms!!
