The dirtiest swimming pool in Canberra, with the worst customer service. You find wristbands everywhere, the toilets are dirty all the time, and many of the male-shower sensors don’t work. The gym is fine, however, customer service from management is poor. I have been chasing a refund from being double charged and am owed hundreds, however, after three months I continue to be ignored.

Worst place ever I have seen with a crap customer service. Add on is that they don’t want to work and the owner or manager don’t even bother to work too so it could be better. Afternoon swim! Enjoyed a lovely swim with the family today at the Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre.
