Quest Woolloongabba (solo trip)

Handy to get around, bus to the city across the road. About 500 meters to the railway. Basic mini bar, but comfortable beds.

Rooms are fine and bed is reasonably comfortable, although everything is getting dated. The intersection where is located is actually very noisy, but the rooms are reasonably quiet. That is if you keep it fully sealed. I had a tiny wind out window which helped to slightly ease the claustrophobic feeling. But lots of drag cars and sirens so shut it quick. Room was nice, bed and pillows were comfortable. I was originally given the wrong room but reception managed to fix that within a few minutes. There a few coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance which is convenient. Nothing special but not bad either. Parking is available for a fee.

Good location with access to public transport and plenty of restaurants nearby. It made exploring the area super easy. A few things could have been better — we weren’t told there’d be no room cleaning over the long weekend (the room rate remained the same).
