Good location but subject to 24/7 construction noise from the Cross River Rail project. No mention of that when booking which was disappointing. Room was OK, dated furniture but good amenity in the living areas. Rooms outdated and not entirely clean. Construction noise annoying. The absolute worst part was the customer service. From check in to check out, the staff were rude, unhelpful and treated you like an inconvenience. Not value for money at all. For the price they charge you can find much nicer accommodation with friendly staff and in the same location. Avoid this place!

Under “normal” circumstances my review might have been higher as the location and rooms were both very good for my purposes (easy access to central city and South bank as well as clean). This accommodation is well priced for those on a budget. Definitely a central location, rooms are comfortable and the staff are helpful. Parking is relatively cheap. Photos of rooms online may not be very accurate so make sure you know what sort of room you are getting.
