5 Star Service! We stayed overnight at Oaks and my daughter left behind a stuffed toy. We contacted the staff who were able to locate the toy and ship it back to our home address whilst we continued on our holiday. Aside from the excellent customer service, the location was fantastic and the room and facilities were great. I'd recommend Oaks Brisbane on Charlotte Suites.
