A very convenient place to stay with gorgeous views of the city. Loveky big terrace to enjoy warm evenings. Very central. The staff friendly and helpful. Administration was a different experience indeed. Unless you know how to use QR codes there is no way to know what facilities the hotel has. When I tell you I was so excited that a hotel finally had a spa I was walking down to the pool after a long day of travelling only to find this so called spa which was essentially apart of the pool. It was cold which really frustrated me. Other then that fine but don’t advertise as a spa.

The room was large, with a nice size balcony and living space, but unfortunately the property needs some TLC. The second bedroom desperately needs blackout blinds, and soundproofing- it was extremely hard to sleep due to constant noise at night and bright sun from 5/6am. Had a 2 night stay last weekend and was extremely happy with the overall experience. We arrived well before check in and were greeted by the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure they fulfilled some of our requests apon arrival. Unfortunately disappointing stay. Arrived at 5:50pm to no one at the desk and was on a virtual work meeting so had to sit and wait for them to return for 15minutes. Lift in process of repair/upgrade with plastic sheeting on all walls.
