Meriton Suites Adelaide Street (with baby)

Room was clean but the TV is a nightmare EVERY time. You have to connect to THEIR wifi, which is so slow everything buffers, and that's if you're lucky enough to have found your device in the list because they ALL start with Meriton Lounge (insert room # here) EXCEPT that piece of crucial information doesn't fit in screen... So GOOD LUCK! And the pillows are WAY too foofy

Ok. The hotel is ok. Rooms are generous and clean. Bugbears: the gym and the hallway to the pool stink so bad it hurts. Parking and check in took an hour. Unbelievably obtuse logistics. And after I complained the receptionist took extra long to train an understudy in how to put through a payment. Quite the let down.

Wanted to like the Meriton. It is a great location in Brisbane. But it was hard in every way. The beds were so hard. Had to drag some undercovers out of a cupboard to make them softer, but didn't work. Terrible, terrible beds. So bad No plug for the bath. Go downstairs to ask for one - can't get one. So no bath. Why have a bath if no plug?? Only 4 bathtowels for 4 people - no towel for the pool...

Spacious and Stunning Views! We stayed as a group of five, and the room was incredibly spacious - perfect for families or larger groups. Our room was on the 66th floor facing the riverside, and the view was absolutely gorgeous, both during the day and at night. Had an amazing experience with the staff here who’ve made my stay with my infant and husband so easy! From checking in at 4am tired and exhausted, the Female night manager was so professional and friendly, it was like a breath of fresh air after such a long long drive from Sydney. the views and service were exceptional! Definitely will be back!
