Very clean and well maintained, if slightly dated. But the classic decor make it feel nice regardless. Staff are exceptional, from concierge, to front desk, to restaurant and executive lounge. The lounge breakfast is unremarkable, but the restaurant buffet breakfast more than makes up for it. The location absolutely cannot be beat!! A go-to place for me, whether for work or for a family getaway.

Great to see a new Intercontinental in Brisbane. Great location with car parking. Beautiful lobby, nice rooms and great club lounge. Staff are very professional and friendly. We will definitely be staying more at this hotel as IHG Rewards members.

For me, the rooms on the upper floors facing Queen Street have more light, and I prefer them. Turn down service lovely touch. All the Staff here front the Front Office, Club Lounge, Servers, Chiefs at Breakfast are all super friendly and p...

Delightful - thank you to the Intercontinental staff for being so kind and welcoming when I booked and arrived last minute. My room was on the 13th floor, was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a view of the city. Mini bar is well stocked with refreshments and treats and the room service (dinner) arrived hot and fresh. The concierge staff are very careful and caring with luggage, helping ...

Quite possibly the best experience staff wise I have ever had at an IHG hotel (or any hotel for that matter) Super friendly and attentive staff made check in, bag store and club lounge experience amazing. Service as been well above what was expected. Look forward to using this as an excuse to come back to Brisbane sooner rather than later :) 10/10
