Two entrances to this hotel make it convenient for both shopping in the Queen Street Mall and Ubers (back entrance via the laneway), though it can get busy out the back as there’s only 2 spaces for cars and it’s also used for loading their supplies from trucks. In-house cleaning was lacking a little - had to ask for them to replace amenities when you’d think that would be standard when they tidied...

We stayed here for our wedding in July, and could not recommend the Hyatt Regency enough. Specifically, we want to thank their staff, for being so accommodating and thoughtful at every turn - to storing our food platters during check in, getting us into an early check in, storing our bags, bringing extra pillows and doonas, helping us in the lift, delivering a post-wedding chocolate cake to our ro...

While this is certainly a solid hotel option, I’m not entirely convinced it delivers a true five-star experience. The best thing about the property is its convenient city centre location, which makes it an easy base for getting around. Love the location, so convenient! Love the breakfast buffet choice and the view from the hotel! Only downside is the room with the sliding door to bathroom and toilet are not super friendly for kids cause you can’t lock and the little one is so interested in keep opening the sliding doors for fun lol. Otherwise great experience!

The rooms were spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The amenities were excellent — we especially loved the pool and gym fac...
