Good customer service and very clean rooms! It appears the breakfast seems to have changed though, since all of those amazing reviews - included breakfast was just a regular simple continental buffet (eggs, bacon, cereal, toast) with nothing exceptionally special. Just be warned in case you're booking with any breakfast-related expectations, like I was!
