Stamford Grand Adelaide (solo trip)

I went to the “ pool experience” but it is totally misrepresented. It is not an indoor pool, not heated very much and spa is outside. Only do this on a hot summers day. I was very disappointed and service was poor- they basically refused to give me a refund. Lovely hotel, lovely location but don’t get misled by their advertising

The concierge was insightful and helpful. Great breakfast with gluten free options. Pool and sauna were great. Comfortable beds. Great views. Parking was really easy. Loads of great restaurants nearby. The tram is right outside and goes straight to the city centre. The gym was really well equipped. Would highly recommend this hotel for families. Top marks

I stayed here for 2 nights over Easter weekend and would happily come back again! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were very welcoming, great location and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The only negative was it was a Friday and Saturday night and there was a club on the street downstairs blasting music. I was on the top floor and could still hear it in my room until 2am.

The service was excellent! Our room was cleaned thoroughly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a greeting note and chocolates. The staff at the front desk and door were consistently warm and welcoming. The location is fantastic.
