Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites (couple trip)

The location is good and the room was nice, but it's the little things that add up to be a bit annoying. You're given breakfast vouchers to be redeemed at the cafe next door but the reception will only provide you the voucher in the morning and only for that day. Seems a rather petty approach. Great location, but a tired venue in need of attention. Parking however was our biggest nightmare. We booked a car space weeks in advance, but were told there were no spaces available when we arrived, despite the fact that the Oaks carpark looked about half full every time we saw it via the lift. We were told to park in the public car park next door, which was a significant walk, dirty and unsafe....

Thank you for a great stay. We loved our room and your staff were really lovely. The location was perfect for us, with restaurants and entertainment all walking distance nearby. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Just had a weekend getaway and stayed at Oaks. It was very affordable and having a small apartment setup is great. Other hotels force you to sit on a bed if you are indoors but at Oaks you get a small kitchen and loungeroom space which makes it very enjoyable especially if you travel with a couple of family members.
