Very disappointed with my stay. The coffee machine was dirty approaching on the side of disgusting with food down the side of it obviously has not been cleaned for a long time room was the dusty and bed sheets were stained — basic cleanliness was clearly lacking. Good location. Easy access and exit. Right opposite beautiful green Park Lands. Bed comfortable. Room fridges were average quality, even though adjusted to lowest temperature setting they were not really cold. No knife, fork or spoon set. No Microwave.

The room was clean and staff friendly but that’s where it stops, the cost of $210 a night is way to expensive compared to other places we stayed at. We would go out and leave the tag on the door to clean our room when we left in the morning. Come back late afternoon and it still wasn’t cleaned and they never replenished the coffee, tea and sugar unless asked. Then on our last day there we left ...

We stayed overnight after arriving from interstate on a late flight, before heading to the Adelaide Hills the next day. The 24/7 reception desk welcomed us with a warm and friendly greeting, which was much appreciated after our travels. Stayed for 4 nights with 2 kids under 5. Rooms were clean and smelt great. Use of the pool at The Alba was great and breaky was excellent. Their Rib-eye was cooked to perfection for dinner. Staff were pleasant to deal with. Playground convienitly located directly across the road with BBQ facilities and 200m from the tram. We'll be back.
