We booked a room with two bedrooms for three people: one single bed and one double bed. They provided towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, sugar, and a tiny cup of milk for your drink mix. Laundry and a dryer are free, which includes the liquids. The rooms were quite spacious, and the facilities were adequate, including a hair dryer and utensils. We had an overnight stay as a family of 5 adults and 1 infant in a 3 bedroom apartment. Room very spacious, great parking experience, excellent CBD location, plenty of room for mobility access and prams, and of course the staff - extremely helpful and friendly. A perfect overnight stay at Franklin Apartments with family - we all would absolutely stay again.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so frustrating I feel the need to warn others. From the start, the hotel took a $200 deposit, claiming it was in case of damages — but that’s unreasonably high for the kind of accommodation and wasn’t communicated clearly upfront.
