Stayed here a couple times and though the amenities are mostly nice, the rooms are not 5 star. The pool and gym area also needs attention considering guests have paid to use them. Also the manager on duty today was unhelpful and unprofessional. The Crowne Plaza is a modern hotel in the Adelaide CBD, walkable to dozens of great restaurants, the sports arena, zoo, lovely botanical gardens and the Adelaide university. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are incredibly spacious and well designed. The staff are phenomenal and go above and beyond to assist. The roof top pool is STUNNING. The hallways are all a deep moody blue that feels luxurious as you walk to your room. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Adelaide.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was clean and tidy. All staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome, it has children section complete with marshmallows and chocolate dip! Location was great as well just nearby Adelaide Botanical Garden.
