Went for lunch coffee was cold when I got it and asked for another! I swear it was microwave! It was flipping hot! Call Ed back and asked for the manger! She stormed off this guy came out looking like he wanted war! … told him listen here my coffee came cold so asked for a hot one! This looked like it’s been microwaved! Nice staff who were very accommodating with my requests, spacious and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and easy walking distance to CBD. I will be happy to stay here again.

The apartment was very spacious, with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen. Although the dryer wasn’t working, the staff quickly helped us by providing access to another machine, which we really appreciated

Service is really good and so is house keeping. Although the glasses weren’t clean. The rooms are a bit run down - scuffs on the walls etc but overall clean enough and a good location with an IGA and cafe downstairs and reasonable price. Shame the pool and steam room is out of order though.

Checked in at 9pm, worked until 10 pm then went for a shower. No hot water. Rang reception and was told this was a known fault since late afternoon but there would be nothing done about it until the next morning because the plumber wasn’t answering the phone.
