Very surprised with room. Neat and clean and not tiny as some hotel rooms are. The bed and pillows where soft. The air con didn't work properly. Staff friendly. Rooftop pool is gorgeous. Bit cold this time of year but if you come in summer months it be perfect. I recommend this hotel .

Nice hotel by the edge of the city but very close to the convention centre. Room is very spacious and well equipped but the windows are not very sound proof so you'll hear everything from the street including council leaf blower starting at 5am.

Friendly staff and comfortable but dated rooms. The bar area is not fancy in the slightest and the options are limited but tonnes of great locations nearby for food and drink! The Rockford is also located close to the convention centre for those visiting for work.

Well located, very clean and comfortable room. On arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. She was extremely helpful and advised of meals etc. that were available from the hotel's restaurant / bar. Overall great experience, great hospitality.

From booking, arrival, drinks, stay, breakfast and farewell, all staff were just 10 notches above any other. Our stay has again been extremely enjoyed- thank you for your efforts. Certainly the best value in our books. We'll be back.
