Rooms are adequate, tea and coffee and biscuits, complimentary. Bathroom well supplied, with soap, shampoo, conditioner and shaving foam. This is very good for a hotel of this star rating. It's a lovely quaint place, and has quite old bathrooms but they are super clean and everything is neat. The rooms are very cold even with the heating on, now in July. The pillows smell of probably every person who had slept on them. Need to consider a new cleaning contract for pillows and blankets? Also, no warm blankets for winter. Otherwise, location is great and the concierge staff are friend...

Great for a budget hotel. Friendly staff, my room was clean and spacious. A perfect location for the CBD and beyond.

Between 6am and 11pm, there will be a plane taking off every few minutes. It's not too bad during the day but early hours in the morning or late in the evening, they can get very loud. The rooms can do with better sound proofing and perhaps double glazing on the windows and balcony sliding doors. The street that leads to the car park and back entrance is not safe after dark. Great hotel, in a great spot close to good eating spots and the tram to get you to the entertainment centre or the mall. Beds are mostly comfy. It's a little bit dated but has everything you need. And they have car parking, which you can buzz them on entry n tell them you're booking in and then you can go park, grab your bags and enter from the carpark entrance...so much easier 😁
