57%Baby-Friendly
View Map

What makes it 57% Baby-Friendly: Pram-friendly lift, parent room and change tables help carers, yet babies cannot ride slides or cars, so adults mainly spectate and alternate on attractions.

Positives:

  • Free Pram Access: You can bring your pram inside and use the lift to all levels.
  • Private Parent Room: Ground-floor room offers seating, feeding space and nappy change tables.

Challenges:

  • Ride Restrictions: Most attractions require a 1.0 m minimum height, so baby cannot ride.
  • Peak-Time Crowds: Weekends and school holidays can bring longer queues at popular rides.

Being mindful that this review doesn't cover any of the 'water rides' I was disappointed with my time at the beach house Glenelg. The place seems very run down in its appearance. We arrived and saw signs advertising a train and castle experience, something both my little ones are very interested in, it wasn't until we were getting credits that we were told they don't operate anymore. By including...

Great place for a fun time with your kids. Make sure to take swimming gear. Great water slides and awesome people around who are extremely helpful and friendly. The bites there are nice but I found them a bit expensive compared to outside. Underground parking available at a price.

I'm going to predict that the Beach House will be shut down by health and safety inspectors and/ or the local community in the same way the Bay Fish Shop was recently shut down, prior to its new owners. The entire operation known as 'the Beach House' is a dive. Broken machines, filthy venue, incongruous and deliberately deceptive pricing structures, unfriendly staff clearly just following orders f...

Kids had a lot of fun at The Beachouse. Great idea with combination of water slides, arcade games and carnival type games. Many packages to choose from so best to research before you arrive. Parking is steep in cost so if you can street parking outside the venue, it could save you some $

A brilliant weekend for the kids with lots of laughter. Parents can also join in many games. The space is quite comfortable with great customer service. Always happy every time we come here with our children, because we see them happy.😄😄😄 Update: Again, we had a fantastic weekend with the kids, filled with laughter & fun. The customer service was friendly & welcoming as usual.
