What makes it 56% Baby-Friendly: Babies have change tables, lifts and first-aid privacy, but prams are barred inside, no dedicated nursing room exists and prolonged stadium noise means parents must hold and soothe infants constantly.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Arrive early for Family Park, watch the 90-minute match, and allow time for baby-care breaks.
Watch Adelaide United match:
Sit in accessible seating near lifts to enjoy the game comfortably with your baby.
Tip: Book seats in the Eastern Stand close to the lift for easy pram access.
Use baby-change facilities:
Find baby-change rooms in all four stands for quick nappy changes.
Tip: Ask a staff member for directions on match day.
Explore Family Park area:
Visit the inflatable goal and face-painting zones behind the Southern Stand.
Tip: Arrive 45 minutes before kick-off and bring a small blanket for your baby to sit on.

Great lighting and view of the oval they even had a area to eat and kids were kicking the ball around on a smaller oval half time was good to see 50 people chasing a soccer ball lol

My favourite sports venue in Adelaide. It's always a good and vibrant atmosphere. Before the stadium, make a pit stop at the RGC club in the Serbian Church. Have a half-litre beer can and chavapcice.

Such a wonderful place to watch a match. It is very modern, the access are well located and easy to get in and out. Good shops to drink and eat, and when we went, there was also a DJ playing. The way the seats are distributed makes very easy to watch the match and feel very close to the field. Recommended stadium to watch a good match.

Visited Coopers Stadium last night with just my son and I to see Nitro Circus. As far as the venue goes it was clean, organised, well staffed and seated many people. Disappointed that we had purchased disability seating and had communicated that with the stadium but when we arrived our seats were definitely not accessible! Turned out ok in the end and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Big ...

Didn't go there for a game, but worked on a film shoot there. The staff looked after us really well and the stadium is excellent. Good facilities, good leg room. Good view from all seats.
For summer matches, bring sun protection and a water bottle. In winter, dress your baby in warm layers and use the covered stands for shelter.
