The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Water was dripping from the ceiling onto the bed. The shower flooded into the toilet area. There were ants everywhere. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. And to top it off, there was loud noise in the middle of the night — the walls are paper-thin.

Service is okay. Location is excellent. But the room was 'terrible'. Very old. We walked in and we could smell mold. And there was mold on the window, air con, bathroom ceiling and walls. We honestly didn't want to stay in the room for too long other than at nights. The room also wasn't very clean. We could still see dust on the floor when arrived. Spent two nights here to see Wicked in Singapore. Overall a good hotel, location and value wise. I can navigate to Sands Theatre just less than half an hour. The staff was also nice and helpful.
